About the role: A Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for technology roles. The role will involve working on real-time tech hiring requirements, coordinating interviews, candidate communication, maintaining recruitment trackers, and supporting hiring drives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and screen candidates for roles through LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms.* Identify relevant profiles based on technical requirements and job descriptions.* Conduct initial candidate communication and HR screening calls.* Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.* Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.* Support job postings, offer documentation and candidate follow-ups.* Work closely with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring.* Assist with employer branding and other TA initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.* Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.* Ability to understand basic technical job requirements.* Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.* Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri and other sourcing platforms will be an advantage.* Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
