About Us   Suger helps B2B software companies sell through cloud marketplaces like AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, Alibaba, and Snowflake - now one of the fastest-growing enterprise sales channels.   Marketplace sales are operationally complex: pricing, contracting, billing, revenue recognition, and compliance all intersect across multiple cloud providers. Suger removes this complexity with an API-first revenue platform that powers quote-to-cash and marketplace workflows at scale.   Launched in 2022, Suger works with over 300 B2B customers, from large enterprises like Snowflake and Intel to fast-growing startups like Glean and Vanta. We’re a Series A company backed by Threshold VC, Craft Ventures, Intel Capital, and Y Combinator.   We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical parts of Suger’s platform, with a focus on AI-driven automation in revenue operations.   We work in a hybrid work model, with 4 days per week in the Downtown office.

In this role, you will

Own the product roadmap for intelligent systems that automate pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows

Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows, bringing strong product taste to every interaction and continuously iterate based on real customer behavior

Balance customer impact, system reliability, and engineering complexity when making product decisions, partnering closely with engineering to ship correct, transparent, and reliable features in production

Define and track success metrics including adoption, accuracy, efficiency gains, and customer outcomes

Work closely with Customer Success and Solutions teams to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, and occasionally support onboarding to deeply understand edge cases and trust concerns around automation

We're seeking someone with experience including:

4+ years of Product Management or Design experience in tech, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software, with a portfolio or track record that demonstrates strong design instincts.

Track record shipping AI-powered features to production, with judgment about when automation earns user trust

Strong product design sensibility - you sweat interaction details, not just requirements docs

Comfort with technical depth: billing systems, APIs, data pipelines, or fintech/compliance domains a plus

Excellent communication with engineering, GTM, and customers alike

Startup mindset: bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, ownership from discovery to launch
