At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

At Snowflake, the Senior Product Launch Manager is an integral member of the AI Data Cloud Product Marketing team responsible for orchestrating first-class product launches, building the AI-powered workflows that amplify them, and aligning with our Content strategy execution. This person partners closely with product marketing, product management, enablement, field marketing, and sales to bring new products to market with clarity, speed, and measurable impact, from initial briefing through release and post-launch analysis.

This highly organized, execution-driven candidate thrives at the intersection of program management and launch strategy. They can hold a complex, cross-functional launch calendar together while also rolling up their sleeves to build AI-assisted content workflows that scale production across the team. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, serving as a central hub for launch strategy execution and content operations.

Location: Hybrid — Menlo Park, Dublin, or Bellevue

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop and maintain a scalable launch framework that ensures visibility, quality, and measurable business impact, leveraging automation and AI-powered workflows.

  • Own the product launch lifecycle, from planning, tiering, readiness, and enablement to public release and post-launch analysis.

  • Partner with product, marketing, and sales to develop the launch roadmap and ensure field teams are fully equipped with the right materials, messaging, and training ahead of release.

  • Lead cross-functional launch programs, timelines, deliverables, and communications for new products and major releases, aligning all teams around shared goals.

  • Track launch metrics to measure adoption, pipeline impact, and engagement using insights to continuously improve launch effectiveness.

  • Build and maintain AI-assisted content workflows that accelerate production across marketing and enablement, from launch briefs and messaging guides to field-ready assets and copy.

  • Build and manage the Launch & Content Center of Excellence (CoE) operating model and frameworks, codifying best practices and empowering SMEs to produce materials at scale.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, program management, product operations, and content strategy; ideally in enterprise software, cloud, or SaaS.

  • Strong working knowledge and experience with AI and data cloud products, capabilities, and the broader enterprise data landscape.

  • Hands-on experience building AI-assisted workflows using tools, prompt engineering, or workflow automation to scale launch execution and reduce manual effort.

  • Cross-functional team management and organizational skills, with the ability to influence without authority (including senior management).

  • Excellent communication skills to engage internal leaders/teams across functions and external stakeholders.

  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise presentations and plans.

  • A motivated, self-starting attitude with a bias for action who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments.

  • An analytical mindset for interpreting and summarizing data into actionable insights.

  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
