- 7+ years of experience in marketing procurement and sourcing, experience with marketing procurement preferred
- BA/BS degree in business, supply chain or related discipline, CIPS certification a plus, MBA a plus
- A successful track record of value creation from data-driven insights in sourcing or supply chain
- Vast knowledge and interest in strategic sourcing and continuous improvement processes with demonstrated experience in spend analysis, managing sourcing events, and generating value
- Strong quantitative and analytical experience (either through education or professional experience)
- Professional training in negotiation practices a plus
- Flexibility to travel (up to 25%) and flexibility to work weekends as required (2-3x per quarter)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trust and credibility with business partners at different levels
