We are seeking an outstanding Senior Director of Global Partnerships to lead our affiliate, strategic partnerships, and business development functions across the HelloFresh Group. This is a senior commercial role with global scope and a clear US anchor — responsible for driving high-quality, incremental customer acquisition through performance partnerships, loyalty and brand collaborations, gift-with-purchase programs (brand partnerships where a partner's product ships to customers at subscription milestones), post-transaction and publisher channels, and new acquisition BD. You'll lead a team of functional leaders across four pillars and partner closely with senior leadership to shape the overall commercial partnerships strategy.

You will...

  • Build and scale the Global Partnerships division across four functional areas — US affiliate management, global partnership enablement, strategic and corporate partnerships, and business development for emerging acquisition channels
  • Evolve the US affiliate portfolio through a period of active diversification: reducing reliance on legacy demand channels, testing new partner models, and recruiting the next generation of affiliate and post-transaction partners, while managing global accounts with meaningful US presence
  • Build Gift-with-Purchase (GwP) into a repeatable, multi-market program with consumer brands across categories like kitchenware, wellness, and lifestyle — standing up scoped playbooks, a rolling calendar of committed partners, and clear cross-functional ownership across markets
  • Stand up scalable loyalty earn/burn integrations with airline and rewards programs, and build the frameworks needed to globalize partnership opportunities that originate in local markets
  • Rebuild and scale post-transaction, cashback, and publisher partnerships with a clear focus on profitability as the channel matures
  • Build the acquisition BD function from the ground up: a sourcing and scoring engine, a scalable partner pipeline, and brand referral collaborations across categories such as health & wellness, fintech, and offer/deal platforms
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of functional leaders, with a focus on talent development, accountability, and a results-driven culture
  • Establish the technology and measurement foundation for the group: partner integrations, a single source of truth for partnership data, and incrementality/MMM frameworks to validate ROI
  • Be the quarterback for your business: partner across Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations to ensure shared vision, alignment, and delivery against group-wide growth goals
  • Provide integrated partner and market insights to the leadership team to inform broader company-wide strategy

You have...

  • 12+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development, and 5+ years in senior leadership positions
  • A track record managing multi-channel partnership portfolios at scale — affiliate networks, loyalty programs, co-branded or referral deals, post-transaction, publisher partnerships, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams of functional specialists across multiple disciplines
  • P&L ownership with a highly data-driven approach to target-setting, budget management, and performance communication to senior leadership
  • Commercial fluency: comfortable structuring partnership economics, building business cases, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong and proven external relationship skills — experienced building and sustaining partnerships with complex, multi-stakeholder, enterprise-level counterparts
  • Familiarity with the partnership tech stack: affiliate platforms (Impact, CJ, Partnerize, or equivalent), CRM (HubSpot preferred), and measurement tools
  • A global mindset with the ability to balance US execution priorities against a multi-market operating model
  • Evidence of fast career trajectory, high ownership, and experience building new commercial capabilities — from scratch or through a period of significant expansion
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

You’ll get…

  • Competitive salary, 401k with company match that vests immediately upon participation
  • Generous PTO, including sabbatical, and parental leave of up to 16 weeks
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits with options at $0 monthly, effective first day of employment
  • Tuition reimbursement for continuing education (upon 2 years of service)
  • Up to 85% discount on subscriptions to HelloFresh meal plans (HelloFresh, Green Chef, Everyplate, and Factor_)
  • Access to Employee Resource Groups that are open to all employees, including those pertaining to BIPOC, women, veterans, parents, and LGBTQ+
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment within a fast-paced, mission-driven company that is disrupting the traditional food supply chain
