Why work at Higgsfield AI?

Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.

Why this role exists
Higgsfield is one of the fastest-growing generative AI companies in the world. A large share of our revenue already comes from business users, but the product wasn't built for them, and there's no dedicated PM. We need someone to build the B2B and Enterprise product from the ground up, own the full path from a corporate email signup to a signed enterprise contract, and turn what's currently a reactive feature stream into a real business line.

What you'll actually do
• Own the B2B and Enterprise product surface end-to-end: workspaces, roles, SSO, SCIM, audit logs, admin controls, user and asset management, billing and seat management, brand controls, API access for enterprise.
• Own the self-serve team-plan motion too: corporate email signup flow, in-product invites, seat expansion, the path from one paying user to a paying team.
• Partner with sales on live deals: security questionnaires, compliance responses, contract-blocking features, pilot design. Sit on customer calls, not just receive summaries.
• Untangle the workspace and collaboration model: separate identity from content ownership so users can be invited to collaborate without breaking billing or credit pools.
• Build the enterprise data residency, retention, and privacy story alongside legal and security.
• Design the metrics that matter: corporate-email signup share, team-plan conversion, seats per account, expansion revenue, enterprise pipeline conversion, deal cycle time, loss reasons by segment.
• Work directly with Sales, Legal, Security, Applied ML, Backend, Growth, and Payments. Frequent contact with actual enterprise buyers.

Must-haves

  1. Founding or early-operator experience. You've spent years trying to build something of your own. You know what it's like to own an outcome when nobody hands you a spec.

  2. Shipped a B2B or Enterprise product at scale, ideally from zero or near-zero. You've built the workspace, the admin, the SSO, the billing, and you've sat across from real buyers to know why each one mattered.

  3. Comfortable owning both self-serve growth mechanics and top-down enterprise motion. You don't treat product-led and sales-led as different jobs.

  4. Strong technical judgment. You can reason about auth models, permission systems, tenancy, and API surfaces without needing an engineer to translate.

  5. You measure in revenue, seats, and cycle time, not features shipped. You can defend a scope cut to Sales and a pilot commitment to Engineering in the same afternoon.

Who this is not for
• You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
• You want to inherit a mature B2B org. This is zero-to-one.
• You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship weekly, and enterprise deals can compress that to hours.

Nice to have
• Background at a fast-scaling B2B SaaS, collaboration tool, or developer platform in the US, EU, or Asia.
• Direct experience with SSO, SCIM, SOC 2, GDPR, data residency, or enterprise procurement cycles.
• Experience turning a strong B2C product into a real B2B business.
• Comfort with generative AI, creative tools, or API products.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

  • Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.

  • Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.

  • A seat where the business line you build shows up on the P&L within the quarter.

  • A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.

  • Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.

  • Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.

This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.
