Key Responsibilities:-

Channel Ownership & GrowthOwn end-to-end affiliate channel performance from partner onboarding to scaleDrive acquisition with a focus on quality metrics (IR FT), not just volumeBuild a sustainable and scalable affiliate growth engine2. Partner Ecosystem DevelopmentBuild and manage relationships with affiliate networks (vCommission, Admitad, etc.), fin-influencers, publishers, and deal platformsOnboard and scale high-quality direct affiliates and strategic partnersIdentify and unlock new affiliate growth opportunities (content, comparison platforms, communities, etc.)3. DRA Channel BuildoutSet up and scale the DRA (Digital Referral Agent) channelEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policiesDefine onboarding, training, tracking, and payout mechanisms for DRAs4. Performance & OptimizationOptimize payouts, funnels, and landing journeys to improve CAC and conversion ratesDrive continuous experimentation across creatives, messaging, and partner cohortsImprove affiliate-driven funnel metrics: Signup KYC IR FT5. Analytics & GovernanceOwn channel-level reporting: CAC, ROI, cohort performance, partner-level metricsImplement strong tracking, attribution, and fraud detection mechanismsEnsure traffic quality and prevent misuse or arbitrage6. Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Analytics teamsInfluence onboarding flows and growth experiments for affiliate trafficAlign affiliate strategy with broader acquisition and business goals
Requirements810 years of experience in affiliate / performance marketing, with mandatory experience in stock broking / fintechStrong understanding of broking acquisition funnels (Signup KYC IR First Trade)Proven track record of scaling affiliate channels with measurable ROIHands-on experience with affiliate networks (vCommission, Admitad, Impact, etc.) and direct partnershipsExperience or exposure to DRA model and regulatory frameworks in financial servicesStrong analytical skills ability to drive decisions using CAC, LTV, cohort analysisExperience in managing large budgets and optimizing for efficiency at scaleStrong stakeholder management and ability to work across Product, Compliance, and Marketing teams.
