- Build data-driven business cases to evaluate the impact and feasibility of strategic initiatives and new products, including SQL deep dives and budget building.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of N26 Lending products, utilizing quantitative and qualitative analysis for continuous optimization.
- Analyze business performance to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and innovation.
- Monitor product and project performance using data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Develop deep expertise in the Lending segment, including its business KPIs, infrastructure, and operational processes.
- Act as the central point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, including Product & Tech, Legal & Compliance, Customer Operations, Banking Operations, Marketing, and external partners.
What you need to be successful:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, etc.) from a top-tier university.
- Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional projects end-to-end and managing senior stakeholders.
- Established experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and partner performance evaluation.
Skills:
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills are mandatory—ability to independently source data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to build complex business cases and conduct deep-dive research into market and competitor trends.
- Outstanding storytelling and visualization skills, with high proficiency in presentation software.
- Highly organized with the ability to navigate shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
