Public company, workplace, funding, and market signals

Overview

Agility Robotics (rebranded publicly as Agility) is a Salem, Oregon-based robotics company spun out of Oregon State University’s Dynamic Robotics Lab in 2015. It develops Digit, a full-size bipedal humanoid designed to work in human-built warehouses and factories, and Agility Arc, the cloud platform used to deploy and manage fleets. The company’s business is moving from pilots toward commercial deployments and production scale, with direct-sales and RaaS models. Public evidence indicates a late-stage private company preparing for a proposed 2026 SPAC transaction; funding totals vary by database methodology, so the reported approximately $641 million should be treated as an estimate rather than an audited figure.
