Creación de reportes NOM. 035: Crear y gestionar reportes de la NOM.035 recabando la información desde la plataforma interna.
Análisis de Call Center: Análisis de reportes de flujo de llamadas del call center para identificar tendencias y cumplimiento de KPIs generales e individuales.
Presentaciones Ejecutivas: Creación de presentaciones ejecutivas con base en los datos obtenidos para la dirección.
Ser competente en la gestion de Salesforce:
Gestionar usuarios (perfiles, roles, filtros, conjuntos de permisos), gestionar la configuración de seguridad y configurar objetos y campos principales.
Conocimiento y Manejo de Data Import Wizard y Data Loader como herramientas fundamentales para tareas pequeñas, grandes y complejas.
Se requiere un alto nivel de competencia en Excel para preparar los datos de origen. Esto incluye el uso de funciones como VLOOKUP, tablas dinámicas Macros y filtros.

Principales responsabilidades
El/La Especialista en reportes es un técnico administrativo que apoyará activamente nuestra generación de datos reportes y filtros en Salesforce. Requiere una comprensión fundamental de Salesforce, Power BI y excel así como una clara aptitud para el aprendizaje y la resolución de problemas. Este rol es crucial para proporcionar a nuestros equipos internos los datos que necesitan para tomar decisiones informadas mediante las siguientes actividades:
Requisitos y habilidades
Buscamos 1-2 años de experiencia práctica. Esto puede incluir pasantías, proyectos, trabajo voluntario con una organización sin fines de lucro o aprendizaje en la plataforma Salesforce y /o Power BI
