We are seeking a highly motivated Supplier Quality Engineer to support the Exterior Commodity team at Lucid’s Casa Grande manufacturing facility. This early-career role is designed for a quality professional who wants to build hands-on expertise in supplier quality, manufacturing operations, structured problem solving, and supplier development. You will help contain supplier-related issues that affect production, coordinate cross-functional investigations, and drive corrective actions through effective closure. · Cross-Functional Resolution: Partner with Manufacturing, Incoming Quality, Logistics, Engineering, and Materials teams to align priorities, communicate risk, and restore stable production.
· Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier quality metrics, analyze defect trends, and identify actions that reduce recurrence, scrap, quality spills, and supplier-driven disruptions.
· Process Assurance: Participate in supplier audits and process assessments, document findings, and support follow-through on improvement actions.
· Change Execution: Support supplier engineering changes by assessing quality impacts, tracking required documentation, and helping ensure controlled implementation.
