Summary:

Serves as a senior technical expert driving the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure, deployment automation, and platform reliability. This role leads large DevOps initiatives, partners cross-functionally on infrastructure architecture, and mentors engineering teams to advance DevOps maturity and system resilience.​

Duties & Responsibilities:

• ​Architects and leads development of advanced CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automated deployment solutions.
• ​Designs cloud-native infrastructure to support high-availability, fault-tolerant applications.
• ​Leads incident response, performance tuning, and capacity planning efforts across systems.
• ​Collaborates with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance.
• ​Implements robust observability frameworks and improves monitoring, alerting, and self-healing mechanisms.
• ​Mentors engineers across teams and contributes to establishing DevOps standards, reusable frameworks, and internal tooling.
• ​Evaluates emerging technologies and drives adoption of modern DevOps patterns to improve velocity and reliability.​

Qualifications:

• ​8+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or platform engineering
• ​Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• ​Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi), and CI/CD tooling
• ​Deep experience with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), service mesh, and microservices infrastructure
• ​Strong background in system observability, logging, and incident response
• ​Excellent problem-solving, mentorship, and communication skills
