At NEURA Robotics, we are shaping the future of human-robot collaboration. As part of our Service Team, you act as the interface between technology and people. Whether it’s delivering trainings, solving technical challenges, or carrying out on-site commissioning, every day brings new and exciting tasks. You combine technical expertise with a strong service mindset to support our partners in the best possible way, working closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management to create solutions that inspire.

We are looking for a tech-savvy Service Engineer for demanding field service assignments—someone who thinks differently, challenges the status quo, and finds innovative ways to drive our growth and establish NEURA Robotics as a leading brand in robotics.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Field service assignments: Provide Tier 3 on-site support for our partners, perform maintenance work, and support our development products.

  • On-site and remote supports for customers

  • Diagnosis and repair: Create, develop, and analyze diagnostic protocols and carry out repairs.

  • Commissioning: Support the commissioning of our development products.

  • Documentation and quality: Document your assignments and ensure the quality of all performed work.

  • Continuous improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively collecting feedback, testing strategies, and continuously enhancing both the robots and the collaboration with each partner.

  • Coaching and training: Coach according to our NEURAVERSE processes and systems, conduct on-site trainings, and strengthen the technical capabilities of our partners—especially in Tier 1 and Tier 2 support topics.

  • Safety and standards: Ensure compliance with all NEURA Robotics safety guidelines, ISO certifications, and applicable legal regulations related to robotic commissioning.

  • Representation: Represent NEURA Robotics at internal and external trade fairs and events and act as the key contact for insights gained from field service assignments.

What we can look forward to:

  • Technical education: Completed technical vocational training with solid knowledge and expertise in robotics, AI, automation, or related technologies.

  • Professional experience: Several years of experience in repair and maintenance, diagnosis of electrical and electronic components, and hardware servicing.

  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to the requirements of different partners and training environments.

  • MS Office: Good knowledge of MS Office.

  • Strong communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate people in both German and English.

  • Working style: Independent and structured way of working.

  • Willingness to learn: Drive and ability to independently learn new topics such as technologies, methodologies, didactics, and soft skills, and to develop solutions from scratch in a fast-changing environment.

  • B1 Driving Licence
