We are looking for an experienced, data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to own and scale our paid social acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising high-performing campaigns across multiple social media platforms while ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and continuous performance improvement.
If you have extensive experience managing large advertising budgets, optimising campaigns based on data, and driving profitable growth in e-commerce, we'd love to hear from you.
Do you know every platform inside out? Do you think in data while never losing sight of the big picture? You want to do more than manage campaigns, you want to move them. Then you're in the right place.
What you'll do:
From briefing through build, ongoing optimisation, and final reporting. You carry full responsibility for all White Label campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit and LinkedIn.
You build strong, lasting client relationships, proactively identify growth opportunities, and develop upsell potential within the portfolio, contributing directly to revenue growth.
You develop cross-channel performance strategies across the entire funnel, running structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continuously improve efficiency.
You plan and execute both prospecting and retargeting campaigns, with a solid understanding of audience segmentation, attribution models, and conversion optimisation.
You own pixel and tag setups (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, Reddit Pixel), Conversion API configurations including server-side tracking, and data consistency across all platforms, resolving technical issues independently.
You translate client briefs into tailored platform strategies, managing budget allocation and pacing to maximise performance outcomes. You analyse key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Customer Lifetime Value.
Clear, client-centred performance reports, precisely written, with concrete recommendations, tailored to the information needs of each enterprise client. Experience with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
Close alignment with Activation, CSM Hub, Finance, Creative, Content, and CRM teams for seamless delivery. You are the coordinating link between all stakeholders.
