Senior Operations Specialist - Binance Wallet

Responsibilities

Support the daily operations of Binance Wallet products and initiatives

Design and execute growth strategies across user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion

Manage operational projects end to end, from planning and coordination to execution, monitoring, and post-launch review

Organize marketing and community campaigns to optimize user growth and engagement

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and marketing to ensure timely and effective delivery

Track key product and growth metrics, and provide regular data analysis and insights

Collect user feedback and market intelligence to support product and operational improvements

Mentor and support junior team members in daily work, project execution, and operational thinking

Support feature launches, operational campaigns, and other strategic initiatives

Requirements

Relevant experience in operations, growth, product operations, or related functions

Proven ability to manage projects end to end with strong ownership and execution skills

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3
