Senior Brand Designer

Gladia builds the audio AI infrastructure behind the new generation of voice products. Our mission is to give every voice platform true conversational intelligence — the audio infrastructure that understands every conversation, turning voice into the world's most valuable data layer.

Our API turns real-world conversational audio into accurate, structured, real-time output — powered by our proprietary Solaria ASR, across 100+ languages, with industry-leading latency.

Hundreds of companies build their voice products on Gladia — from meeting assistants and voice agents to sales-enablement and contact-center platforms. We started in Paris, our growth is developer-led and heavily US-driven (and we're going after the US market hard).

We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer to own and scale Gladia's brand as we grow. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role: roughly 70% brand and web, 30% product design on our internal tools.

Our design system already exists — this isn't a from-scratch build. The depth of the role is in scaling it: keeping our identity sharp and consistent across every page, extending it into video, and supporting the growing set of internal products.

You'll work with a high degree of autonomy. You anticipate needs, reach out directly to the teams you support without waiting to be briefed, and you've already run a brand on your own. You're comfortable managing external partners (agencies, freelancers) when needed, and you keep things moving fast — velocity here is non-negotiable.

This role requires strong web skills. Our website is hand-coded (Next.js, HTML, CSS) using Cursor and hosted on Vercel. Comfort with Cursor or an equivalent IDE is a prerequisite. AI is part of how we work, and we expect a senior designer to bring fluency and genuine curiosity here.

• Own Gladia's brand identity and ensure consistency across the website, marketing assets, decks, and video

• Design, build and maintain our website directly in the codebase (Next.js / Vercel via Cursor)

• Extend our visual identity into new formats, including video

• Contribute product design on internal tools (GladiaFlow, Compare STT, and others)

• Ship fast: from full homepage redesigns to campaign creative on tight timelines

• Use AI tools to move faster and raise the bar on what a small team can produce

• Manage external partners (agencies, freelancers) autonomously when the work calls for it

• Senior brand designer with experience in a startup environment

• A portfolio showing 360° coverage: website, video, decks, and brand identity

• Strong fluency and curiosity with AI tools

• Comfortable working in a codebase with Cursor or an equivalent IDE

• Highly autonomous: you've managed a brand on your own

• Fast and decisive, with the ability to explain and defend your design choices

• English fluency

• Experience managing external vendors is a plus

• The compensation offered is based on seniority and experience, and would typically range from 65K to 85K base salary
