About Nooks.ai:

Nooks is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM. We design AI agents that operate across the full sales action set, from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. Building 0→1 has never been easier, but selling at the speed of the market remains the last frontier for AI. Our mission is to 10x every seller by automating the busywork so they can focus on what humans do best: closing deals.

Today, over 1,500 customers run on Nooks, including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling. We’ve raised $70M+ from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, which made its first sales-tech investment in over a decade with us. Since then, we’ve tripled ARR each year for 3 years running and grown a high-caliber team turning the art of sales into a scalable science.

The role

We’re looking for an SDR Enablement Specialist to help internal GTM teams, product managers, and key customers get more value from established Nooks workflows.

This is a hybrid role combining outbound SDR execution with workflow training and documentation. You’ll lead hands-on enablement sessions, support internal training programs, maintain our Notion and LMS resources, and help turn best practices into clear, repeatable workflows.

To maintain credibility as a Nooks expert (and to stay close to the product and the day-to-day reality of outbound) the role carries an active sales quota:

  • 2 qualified meetings booked per month

  • Minimum weekly outbound activity metrics

You’ll continue to live in Nooks, make calls from the sales floor, and use the product as an active SDR. That firsthand experience will help you document and teach the workflows that make our teams and customers successful.

This role is best suited for someone who wants to build a career in enablement, training, or GTM operations. It is not designed as a path to an AE or CSM promotion.

What you’ll do

Lead internal Nooks workflow training

  • Lead setup and Nooks workflow training for new SDRs during onboarding.

  • Teach established workflows across Nooks, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Run tactical, hands-on sessions that help teammates confidently execute inside the platform.

  • Translate complex workflows into short videos, clear guides, recap summaries, and step-by-step walkthroughs.

Maintain our knowledge hub

  • Keep Notion and LMS resources accurate, organized, and easy to use.

  • Create and maintain workflow documentation and short Loom videos.

  • Refresh resources as established workflows and best practices evolve.

  • Build a reliable internal source of truth for Nooks usage.

Support cross-functional enablement programs

  • Support the GTM Enablement lead during internal “Day in the Life” SDR bootcamps.

  • Help facilitate monthly new-hire call blocks.

  • Support GTM leadership and Engineering shadow programs.

  • Support the two-week SDR bootcamp for Product and Engineering team members.

Build trial documentation

  • Manage a standardized Notion and LMS workspace for trial-related best practices.

  • Create quick how-to resources covering technical setup and established workflows.

  • Collect feedback from SDRs supporting trials.

  • Turn recurring questions and best practices into reusable content for future trials.

Support Product Committee operations

  • Support documentation, comms, and content requests for the SDR Product Committee.

  • Incorporate relevant onboarding and workflow best practices into Product Committee materials.

Support key customer enablement programs

  • Partner cross-functionally to triage requests for customer enablement sessions.

  • Lead workflow spotlight sessions for key accounts.

  • Repurpose customer-facing enablement content for CSMs to use with their customers.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience as a top performing SDR.

  • Strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience using Nooks.

  • Proficiency in Hubspot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement platforms, and power dialers

  • A genuine desire to continue making outbound calls and maintaining active pipeline

  • A track record of meeting quota, with a current trailing three-month average above quota.

  • Willingness to own a 2-meeting monthly quota and meet minimum weekly activity expectations.

  • Hands-on mastery outbound workflows

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to explain complex workflows through short videos, documentation, summaries, and live walkthroughs.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Interest in a long-term career path in learning and development, enablement, leadership, or training.
