Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer support, payments, payroll, or finance operations role, ideally with some exposure to variable/incentive-based compensation in a marketplace environment.
  • Exposure to 1099 gig contractor compliance or payment strategy design (incentive programs, quality scoring, performance-based rewards), familiarity with compensation cycles, payment schedules, or contractor/contributor invoicing
  • Demonstrated customer support experience by owning end-user or customer-facing communications, including sensitive or disputed payment conversations.
  • Technically proficient in SQL (querying, extracting, validating data), Google Sheets (advanced formulas, complex spreadsheets), scripting/automation (e.g., Google Apps Script or similar), and building reports or visualizations,
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Airtable or Zapier etc and reporting/dashboard tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Omni.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage a high volume ticket queue independently and prioritize concurrent requests with high attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
