What You’ll Do:
- Source and identify potential suppliers across South East Asia, conduct supplier evaluations and factory audits.
- Engage in new product introduction efforts during ramp with internal & external stakeholders. Specific goals include team leadership in driving issue resolution, supply chain, schedule, cost, quality goals.
- Engage with manufacturing partners to develop, ramp, and introduce products.
- Develop relationships with partners and knowledge of factory's capabilities and limitations.
- Develop and execute a Southeast Asia supply chain strategy that outlines the commodity enablement plan along with a clear product roadmap.
About You:
- 3+ years ops experience, preferably in high tech industry.
- Current knowledge of sourcing and supply chain management practices.
- Experience with consumer electronic manufacturing technologies (preferred) in the areas of design, process, commodity cost, factory cost, supply and quality management.
- Experienced in operations or technical program management roles preferred.
- English & Vietnamese proficiency.
- Need to travel to china for 25% of the time.
