  • Maintain visual merchandising standards by restocking displays, rotating product, and executing planograms and brand-immersive setups
  • Support merchandise needs for company events, launches, activations, and special programs as assigned
  • Follow established processes and best practices to ensure consistent, efficient, and scalable store operations
  • Complete required reporting, including sales summaries, inventory updates, and maintenance or facilities requests
  • Partner with the Merchandise Store Manager and cross-functional teams to support new product drops, promotions, and continuous improvement initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 1+ years of experience in retail, merchandise, inventory, or customer-facing operations

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior experience in a branded retail or merchandise store environment
  • Hands-on experience with visual merchandising, planogram execution, product displays, and pop-up activations
  • Experience supporting events, activations, or pop-up retail
  • Familiarity with inventory receiving, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution
  • Previous experience in a high-volume or high-traffic retail setting
  • Experience with POS systems and basic inventory management software
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and launch/event days as needed
  • Must be able to work overtime
  • Ability to carry large, heavy items unassisted (up to 25lbs)
  • Must have the ability to stand for periods up to 8-12 hours a day
