About the Role

The Marketing & Partnerships Operations Manager serves as the operational hub for the unified Marketing & Partnerships shared services organization. The role establishes and maintains the planning cadence, workflows, tracking, reporting, and administrative rigor
required to support marketing, communications, events, partner programs, and regional partnership execution.

This is a hands-on operational and program-management role. The successful candidate translates priorities into clear workplans, keeps owners and deadlines visible, improves cross-functional follow-through, and gives leadership a reliable view of progress, capacity,
spend, risk, and results. The role enables functional leaders to focus on strategy and execution within their areas of expertise.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operating Cadence, Planning & Governance
  • Establish and manage the department operating cadence, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, status reviews, and quarterly business reviews
  • Maintain the integrated Marketing & Partnerships roadmap with clear priorities, owners, milestones, dependencies, and decision points
  • Create practical operating procedures, templates, and governance standards that improve consistency without adding unnecessary bureaucracy
  • Identify delivery risks, unresolved dependencies, and overdue decisions, and escalate them with clear options for resolution.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning, capacity reviews, and prioritization across the shared services organization.
2. Intake, Workflow & Deliverable Management
  • Maintain a single source of truth for active initiatives and requests using approved work-management tools, including Monday.com where applicable
  • Coordinate cross-functional deliverables by documenting actions, owners, due dates, approvals, and dependencies
  • Reduce lost requests, duplicated effort, unclear ownership, and last-minute execution risk.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, operations or business is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of operation experience.
  • Proven success in developing and managing integrated processes and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Copywriting skills with a focus on clarity.
  • Excellent communication and internal and external stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, or similar), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g. Monday.com)
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a hybrid environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Experience working closely with sales and marketing teams and understanding the sales funnel.
