Manager : HR COE

About the Team   Our Human Resources team operates as a strategic partner to the business, focused on cultivating a high-performance culture where exceptional talent thrives. Our work is fundamentally guided by the DICE (Democratize Internet Commerce for Everyone) mission, which underpins our approach to all people strategies. Our core mandate centers on two critical pillars: driving world-class Talent Density and continuously elevating Employee Experience. We achieve this by relentlessly attracting, developing, and retaining the highest caliber of professionals, ensuring that every individual contributes significantly to our success. Concurrently, we are committed to shaping an unparalleled employee experience—one defined by transparent communication, meaningful development, and a deeply engaging, inclusive culture. As stewards of the company's most valuable asset—its people—we design, implement, and champion people strategies that directly translate into sustained business growth and a position as one of India’s most sought-after e-commerce destinations.   About the Role

As an integral part of the HR CoE Team, this role will be instrumental in elevating Meesho's culture. The role will be at the forefront of identifying and addressing critical challenges that impact the employee experience, implementing innovative policy and process solutions. The role will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our eNPS and Talent Density charters. This role demands a user-centric mindset, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver impactful results. The role will have frequent opportunities to interact with leadership, ensuring the work directly contributes to shaping the company's future. The role will constantly be challenged to find innovative solutions to complex issues, making every day an exciting opportunity to drive positive change.

What you will do

Find the problems worth solving: dig into people data (eNPS, attrition, performance, manager effectiveness) and employee conversations to find root causes, not symptoms.

Design and ship solutions that move the number: build policies, processes, programmes or tools, and run them as experiments. Don't reinvent what best-in-class companies already do well.

Own outcomes end to end: from problem statement and leadership alignment through rollout, adoption and measuring impact.

Influence without authority: bring business leaders, HRBPs and other teams along from problem discovery, not just at rollout.

Build with AI: use AI tools and automation to make HR work faster and to scale solutions.
