Inside Sales Manager (human) at Neura Robotics

Independently prepare and manage customer quotations in close collaboration with the field sales team (Account Executives / Key Account Managers).
Take full ownership of the order management process from order intake through delivery, including coordination of timelines and status tracking.
Act as the central interface between Sales, Production, Project Management, Finance, and Service.
Maintain accurate and structured data in the CRM/ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365), including quotes, contacts, accounts, contract information, and pipeline status.
Prepare and process contractual documents such as NDAs, sales agreements, rental agreements, and leasing contracts.
Support the field sales team with research, presentation materials, and commercial documentation, including price lists, audits, financial reviews, and related administrative tasks.
Assist with intercompany processes and coordination.

3–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or Order Management, ideally within robotics, automation, or industrial technology.
Confident working with CRM and ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage.
A structured, process-driven way of working with a strong attention to detail, high quality standards, and a high degree of ownership.
Fluent German and strong written and spoken English.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and production interfaces.
