About ARQ

ARQ is one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the world. Our mission is to redefine how people interact with money across borders, building the infrastructure to move value seamlessly. We’re still early in our journey, which means every person who joins shapes the future of our product, culture, and growth. If you’re excited by big challenges, global impact, and the chance to grow fast with a world-class team, ARQ is the place to do it.

Who we’re looking for

We're hiring a Growth Manager for Partnerships to own and scale ARQ's performance-based partnerships channel in Brazil. You will be a deal-closing machine. You'll hunt for new partners across a wide range of profiles: content creators, financial advisors and consultants, points and miles programs, or any channel willing to be paid variably by performance - negotiate and close deals, get them activated fast, and keep pushing for volume.

What You’ll Do
  1. Partner Sourcing: Hunt and prospect new partners across content creators, financial advisors and consultants, points and miles programs, and other relevant channels - using your judgment to determine where to focus.

  2. Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate, and close partnership agreements based on variable, performance-based compensation models, including CPA and revenue share.

  3. Partner Activation: Onboard new partners and drive them to launch, publish, and begin generating activated users as quickly as possible.

  4. Relationship Management: Own the ongoing partner relationship, pushing for volume, resolving issues, maintaining engagement, and managing the partner-payment process.

  5. Performance Optimization: Monitor results by partner and channel, using data to discontinue what is not working and invest further in the partnerships delivering the strongest results.

  6. Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with Legal and Finance to structure and operate partnerships in accordance with applicable LGPD, CONAR, tax, and other regulatory requirements in Brazil.

What you’ll need to succeed
  • 3-6 years of experience in BizDev, sales, or partnerships; ideally at a high-growth startup, fintech, or with a network in financial services/creator economy in Brazil.

  • We are also open to candidates with strong strategic consultancy background who are eager to take direct ownership of commercial partnerships end to end.

  • Fluency in English communication as well as Portuguese.

  • High motivation, bias to action and goal-orientation: this role is measured on volume closed and activated.

  • Agency and problem solving: independently remove obstacles, develop ideas and do what it takes to hit the target.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, full ownership mentality, no hand-holding needed.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary and benefits

  • Stock options, so you own part of what you build

  • Discretionary performance bonus

  • The latest tools and technology

  • A world-class team that will challenge and grow your skills

  • The opportunity to help build the best fintech app in Latin America

  • Office Policy: 3 days a week in-office
