Your mission & challenges
As a caretaker/facility manager (human), you are responsible for the smooth operation of our facilities.
You will carry out minor repairs in the building.
You will manage the technical aspects of the facilities in close coordination with the landlord.
Ensuring the safety, order, and cleanliness of the premises and buildings is part of your job.
You will coordinate and supervise external maintenance work, including the involvement and supervision of contractors.
You will serve as the point of contact for occupational safety experts.
You will be the main contact person for departments that require manual labor (e.g., minor repairs, moving and cleaning work, small transports).
Handling the full order and logistics process, including receiving and processing customer orders, placing orders with suppliers, and coordinating deliveries and incoming goods.

Completion of an apprenticeship in a technical or manual profession or equivalent qualification
Ideally, you have extensive professional experience in building services engineering, facility management, as a service technician, or as a caretaker.
Practical skills, team spirit, and a friendly nature are essential qualities.
Class B driver's licenseGood German and English skills are a plus, as are PC skills, to complete your profile to support us in the future.
