The Opportunity

Salt Security is seeking an exceptional, highly proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to serve as a trusted partner and play a critical role in maximizing the CEO’s effectiveness.

This is a high-impact position requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and operates with exceptional professionalism, discretion, and ownership.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with senior executives, board members, investors, customers, and external partners.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Calendar Management: Own and optimize the CEO’s complex calendar, proactively manage competing priorities, and ensure time is aligned with business objectives.
  • Executive Partnership: Anticipate the CEO’s needs, proactively identify potential challenges, and provide solutions with minimal direction.
  • Executive Communications: Serve as a trusted point of contact and liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including executives, board members, investors, customers, and strategic partners.
  • Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Coordinate executive and board meetings, prepare agendas and materials, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through on key priorities.
  • Travel & Logistics: Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, and last-minute changes.
  • Prioritization & Execution: Help the CEO stay focused on critical business priorities by managing requests, deadlines, and competing demands.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle highly sensitive business and personal information with the utmost professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Special Projects: Support strategic initiatives, executive events, and ad hoc projects, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience supporting a CEO or senior C-level executive, ideally within a fast-growing technology company or startup.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules, shifting priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand executive priorities and anticipate needs.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, professional presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact confidently and professionally with board members, investors, senior executives, and external partners.
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
  • High level of flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar management platforms, and modern productivity tools.
  • Hebrew speaking is a must!
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Who You Are

  • One step ahead: You anticipate needs rather than wait for instructions.
  • Highly resourceful: You find solutions, remove obstacles, and get things done.
  • Trusted and discreet: You demonstrate sound judgment and maintain absolute confidentiality.
  • Exceptionally organized: You bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to complex situations.
  • Adaptable and resilient: You thrive in an environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • A true partner: You take ownership, build trust, and care deeply about enabling the CEO's success.
