Company Description

Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist (e.g., for sleep apnea), your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often specialists and medical services are overwhelmed with referrals and the painstakingly manual process it takes to qualify your referral prevents them from getting around to it on time, or sometimes at all. Tennr prevents these delays and denials by making sure every referral gets where it needs to go, with the right info, at the right time. Powered by RaeLM™ Tennr reads, extracts, and acts on every piece of patient information so providers can capture more referrals, slash denials, and reduce delays.

Role Description

As an Enterprise Account Partner at Tennr, you will own the customer relationship and drive commercial outcomes post-sale. This is not a traditional customer success or account management role - it is a high ownership and high impact role responsible for ensuring customers realize measurable value, renew, and growth with Tennr.

Account Partners sit at the center of the business - partnering with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Sales, and Operations to translate Tennr workflows into real operational impact for healthcare providers. In this role, you will act as both the strategic project manager and a trusted advisor to some of the most complex healthcare organizations. Within Tennr, you will work across stakeholders from front-line operators to the C-suite to ensure Tennr is fully embedded, adopted, and integral to day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for high performing professionals from healthcare consulting or healthcare investment banking backgrounds that want to work in a scrappy environment, thrive in ambiguity, and drive real business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Own the customer relationship end-to-end, from kickoff and deployment through renewal and expansion.

  • Lead change management and training plans to ensure Tennr workflows are adopted, and embedded into daily operations.

  • Drive the strategy behind each customer’s key objectives through rigorous data analysis, clear executive storytelling, including polished, metrics-driven decks.

  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to both executive and frontline stakeholders across complex healthcare organizations.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Operations to deliver high impact and quality workflows.

  • Champion and articulate customer insights internally to influence product roadmap priorities and enhance Tennr’s product strategy.

  • Identify renewal risks and efficiency blockers early, and mobilize internal teams to resolve them proactively.

  • Lead renewal and growth conversations by quantifying delivered ROI and identifying the next Tennr worker opportunities to unlock upsells.

  • Travel on-site with customers as needed to drive adoption, deepen relationships, and accelerate strategic partnership goals.

Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in Healthcare Consulting or Healthcare Account Management

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong executive-level storytelling skills

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with experience translating data into clear recommendations and impact

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams

  • Experience building polished, metrics-driven presentations and client-facing materials

  • High ownership mindset and excitement to drive real customer outcomes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Willing to travel as needed
