Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Ardent Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. Position Highlights:
- Exceptional compensation:
- $300K base 1099
- Additional pay for OB shifts, post-call, and hours beyond 40/week
- Earning potential up to $350K+

- Diverse, high-acuity case mix: General, Urology, Orthopedic, GYN, Major Burn Center, Minimal Peds, Hepatobiliary, Vascular, EP Labs, Neuro Spine/Brain, Complex OB, and Neonatal Surgery.
- Perform at the top of your license: CRNAs perform their own neuraxial blocks and lines. Strong emphasis on ERAS and regional anesthesia.
- Competitive call schedule: Shared among 18 CRNAs, with an average of 2–4 calls per month — more available by request.
- Daily CRNA coverage: 18–20 CRNAs onsite covering 24 active anesthesia locations each day.
- Collaborative, experienced team: 25 full-time/part-time CRNAs, 4 general Anesthesiologists daily, 4 CV Anesthesiologists, and student Nurse Anesthetists.
- Time off: 8 weeks off annually
