Als coach/counsellor/psycholoog ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor clienten. Je voert inspirerende gesprekken en regelt indien nodig doorverwijzingen naar collega’s. Naast het casemanagement zorg je ervoor dat iedere client de ondersteuning krijgt die hij of zij verdient. -
