Key Responsibilities:- Monitoring and analyzing alerts related to potential blocking events affecting the bank or its clients- Managing suspicious or blocked transactions and interacting with end clients to gather further information- Verifying and validating the authenticity of financial operations- Collaborating effectively with IT providers and stakeholders to ensure service continuity- Producing and maintaining technical and functional documentation Other dutiesWe might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands Your skills, experience, and qualifications required- Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Economics- No prior work experience in software development required- Proficiency in written and spoken Italian Knowledge of the following technologies: - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite- Strong command of the Italian language, both written and verbal
Nice to have: - Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira- Ability to use and query relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
