Review CS bot KPI and user cases regularly and find valuable insights to guide product improvements. Bachelor degree or above. Must have product design experience in CS bot. Have a good communication skills with multiple stakeholders. Process strong data analysis and user insight skills. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
