Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-oriented Anesthesiologist to join the anesthesia team at Bailey Medical Center. This is a well-supported, collaborative practice offering a predictable schedule, strong compensation, and the opportunity to work in a highly rated, modern facility.
Position Highlights:
- Base Salary of $600,000 + 10 Weeks Off
- M-Fr schedule, 7-3
- Call requirement: one 48 hr weekend beeper call shift per month
- Call is OR-only – no OB responsibilities for physicians
- Daily Staffing: 1 MD + 5 CRNAs covering 5 sites of service
- Case mix: GI, Gen Surg, Ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Bariatrics, Plastics, and Podiatry

Qualifications:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
